The firm has a robust telecommunications practice that has maintained a strategic market position in the Rwandan Market. We were engaged to advise on the Merger between Terracom and Rwandatel the two leading telecommunications providers in the country and have been retained to provide day-to- day advice on assorted telecommunications issues by Rwandatel SA.

In 2007, we advised one of the bidders for the Moblile and Fixed line licenses that were advertised by the Rwandan Government. The firm continues to provide advice on licensing and other operational requirements to various private telecommunications operators that provide a range of services including local and international VSAT, internet and fixed wireless services.
